Intellectual property
The entire content of the site, composed of photographs, images, videos, sounds, texts, technical data sheets, graphic settings, color palettes, programming codes, software and in general everything that is visually and technically contained in the olympiastore.eu site is to be to be considered the property of Olympia store srl; Reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

Products
All products on sale on Olympiastore are the property of Olympia store Srl. When confirming the order, the customer voluntarily accepts the conditions of sale indicated here and the information on privacy and cookies accepted during navigation.
After confirming the order, the procedure for preparing and shipping the order begins and together with the issuing of an invoice; the documents are issued by Olympia store Srl and sent to the customer by deferral to the email address indicated during data entry.
Product prices include VAT and include packaging costs for the individual product (e.g. shoe box or shirt bag) and do not include any shipping costs, correctly indicated when closing the order. The products that can be purchased on Olympiastore are only those present on the site at the time of purchase; except in rare cases of inconsistency between the products displayed, in their possible color, size and model variations, in the event of unavailability of the product itself, Olympia undertakes, through direct contact with the customer, to offer a valid alternative to the unavailable product or to refund the money spent on the same. Each product is clearly displayed and described trying to best respect its real characteristics. In some cases, the means used to display the product, such as photographs, videos, texts and technical details on the site, may not best represent the product itself by modifying features (colours, shapes and sizes); at the same time, the digital media (computer, tablet or smartphone) used by the customer to display the products may differ or modify the photographic rendering of the displayed product. Olympia undertakes to describe and represent the product in the best possible way while making itself available for any clarifications on the product or to provide additional material. No product on the site can in any way be traced back to non-original reproductions and/or imitations. Olympia collaborates directly with the companies producing the items sold and has always been committed to the dissemination of original products

Purchase
To finalize the purchase, the customer must necessarily enter the data necessary for invoicing and delivery of the order, accepting the information on the processing of personal data. Failure to enter certain data or failure to accept the information in its entirety compromises Olympiastore's ability to complete the order. After payment verification, automatic for digital payments or manual in the case of bank transfer, the order is processed and specifically: the product or products are grouped and placed in cardboard boxes, of variable dimensions depending on the content; subsequently the package is sealed with adhesive tape and the shipping label is affixed to it. Packages are generally sent within 5 working days of receiving payment. Right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are regulated in articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, that is:
* in the absence of the original packaging;
* in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, instruction manuals, etc.);
* due to damage to the product.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on the purchase of kits or customized garments.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to the activity professional activity possibly carried out.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to express your desire to withdraw from the contract via email to the address cliente@olympiastore.eu, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the return form and the goods, and in any case as quickly as possible, Olympia Store srl will carry out the credit transfer for the exact amount that the customer paid for the purchase of only the goods returned to the coordinates bank information communicated to us by the customer.

Shipping costs are not refundable. For customized products

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges of sizes or measurements with the exception of any errors made by the Olympia Store srl staff

Our commercial policy has the sole aim of satisfying and placing maximum trust in the customer. The purchase made at Olympia store Srl is covered by the standard international guarantee that the companies producing the goods offer in all their direct or authorized stores around the world; among the highest offered today by sporting goods manufacturers.

Once the online order form has been completed, you will need to proceed with a bank transfer to the bank details indicated in the order confirmation that you will receive via e-mail. JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
The sales contract between the Customer and Olympia store srl is understood to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Pavia.
